Dear Lord,
I pray for every sister that is afraid to walk in your gracious light. I pray that whatever shadows are casting over her, you remove and let your light shine through her. Let her recognize that her dwelling place is in the favor of your kingdom. Allow her to reap fruit in dry places. May she seek you always no matter the circumstances in her life. Build in her a soul that is impenetrable to the weapons of this world.

Perseverance

Dear Lord,
I want to thank you. Thank you for every sister reading this publication. Lord, I want you to pour into her your power. A power that only you can provide. A power that allows her to push through to the other side of whatever circumstance she may be facing. Lord give her an “in spite of” strength, give her an open mind that she may be filled with wisdom as she walks through this experience. Lastly, Father grant her a heart filled with joy, for her soul knows the will of her life is anchored in your promises.

You Are Light

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."



You are light. You became light the day you excepted Jesus Christ into your heart. He gave you His light by way of the Holy Spirit. With this light we were also given the responsibility to let it shine before others. We are not to be intimidated by darkness. Darkness is simply the absence of light. We know that when we enter these dark places that darkness disappears. It's not always easy to be light. One of the many objectives of this world is to dim your light and that of your brothers and sisters. Satan and his followers have many tactics in which they attempt to dim or extinguish the light that you've been gifted. He will inflict self-pity, thoughts of doubt and worry, fear, envy. He will even try to use comparison or competition. He will use others to try to belittle you or shame you. Don't let him. Instead let your light shine even brighter. Go to our Heavenly Father, the giver of light and ask for strength. Ask him to empower you as you go through those dark and unknown places. He will be with you. He will lead you just as He did Moses, Joshua, David, Daniel, Gideon and the countless others in the Bible who were created on purpose and for a purpose.


YOU ARE LIGHT.


Most gracious Father, thank you for gifting us light. Thank you for entrusting us with the great responsibility of being a light for others. Help us to not take this responsibility lightly or take this gift for granted. Teach us how to use our light to be a guide towards You. Give us the courage to light up this world's most darkest places and expose the enemy for who he is. We call on You so that You may come against any scheme that the enemy has planned to diminish our light. Let our light and our good deeds glorify Your name. Amen
